We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Mortgage Advisors.

The successful candidates will be responsible, but not limited to:

• Pre-qualification of enquiries with the objective of converting into full mortgage appointments.
• Maintaining strong business levels for qualified advisors.
• Meeting expected Team / Company KPIs.
• Understanding and implementation of compliance requirements.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent attention to detail and pro-active thought process.

• Learn to provide tailored Mortgage and Secured Loan advice to clients.
• Stay up to date with the latest mortgage products and industry regulations.
• Work closely with experienced advisors.
• Team social events alongside lenders within the industry.
• Current 1pm Friday finish.
