As a Junior Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting financial advisers by delivering high quality research, analysis and client documentation. This Junior Paraplanner job is ideal for someone currently in a financial services administration role who is looking to step up into paraplanning and develop their technical knowledge across investments, pensions and protection.

You will be joining an established yet growing financial advice firm with a strong reputation for delivering tailored solutions to clients. The business is continuing to expand and offers a collaborative team environment focused on development and quality advice.

Responsibilities
  • Produce clear, compliant suitability reports and client documentation
  • Conduct technical research and support advisers with recommendations
  • Assist with gathering and analysing client information
  • Liaise regularly with advisers and provide updates on cases
  • Maintain accurate and compliant client records
  • Support wider administrative and client servicing activities where required
Requirements
  • Essential:
    Experience with in financial services, ideally in an administration or support role
  • Essential:
    Working towards Level 4 Diploma, with at least 2 exams completed
  • Essential:
    Knowledge of financial planning areas such as pensions, investments and protection
  • Desirable:
    Previous exposure to report writing or paraplanning tasks
  • Desirable:
    Strong IT skills and experience of back office systems
Benefits
  • Salary of £28,000 to £34,000 depending on experience

Location

South Manchester, with preference for candidates living within a reasonable commuting distance.
