Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in shaping financial strategy and support high-impact decision-making within Innovate Healthcare Services.

As Finance Manager, you will lead the day-to-day accounting operations while driving high-quality financial reporting and forecasting. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to provide insight on complex financial issues, enabling informed decision-making and supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives.

This is a varied and influential role, offering the opportunity to contribute directly to business planning, financial strategy, and organisational growth. It is essential that the successful candidate has advanced Excel and technical skills to assist in automating processes and supporting innovation.
