The roleWe’re looking for a Head of FP&A & MI to join our team on a permanent basis.
This role will lead the Financial Planning & Analysis and Management Information functions, driving strategic financial planning and delivering meaningful financial and operational insights to support data‑driven decision making across the Group. Reporting to the CFO, the role will work closely with the Executive team and operational leaders to improve financial visibility, enhance reporting capability and support value creation initiatives.
As Head of FP&A & MI, you will be responsible for developing robust financial models, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, enhancing the Group’s MI framework and driving continuous improvement across reporting systems and processes. You will also oversee the delivery of high‑quality board and investor reporting, while leading and developing a high‑performing FP&A and MI team.
Who we are looking forOur Head of FP&A & MI will be an experienced finance leader with a strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance reporting and management information — ideally within private equity‑backed, multi‑site organisations. You’ll bring proven experience driving finance transformation, business partnering with senior executives and delivering insights that influence strategic decisions.
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong commercial awareness and technical expertise, including experience using reporting tools such as Power BI. You’ll also be an effective people leader, capable of building high‑performing teams, improving reporting capability and driving continuous improvement across both FP&A and MI functions.
We also offer a 4‑day working week – this means 80 % of the hours for 100 % pay!This will be given following a successful 6‑month probationary period and is a performance‑based benefit.
