We are working with a growing financial planning firm who are looking to appoint an experienced IFA Administrator to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive environment where you will play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners across the full client journey.

You will provide end-to-end administrative support to advisers, ensuring a smooth and compliant process from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing servicing.

• Processing new business across pensions, investments, and protection
• Obtaining valuations and preparing client review packs
• Preparing and submitting Letters of Authority and chasing providers
• Producing client documentation and application packs
• Liaising with providers, advisers, and clients to progress cases
• Maintaining accurate records and updating back-office systems
• Supporting ongoing servicing and client reviews

• Previous experience within an IFA / financial planning environment
• Strong understanding of financial services administration processes
• Experience using Intelligent Office (IO) or Xplan is essential
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
