Position: Financial Adviser/IFA Client Bank Provided
Your new company Due to continued growth and a recent acquisition, an excellent career opportunity has arisen within a very well-established and forward-thinking financial advisory company for an experienced Financial Planner to take over the client bank of a retiring adviser. The company has successfully grown year-on-year and has a clear focus on continued growth whilst ensuring clients continue to be provided with high levels of service.

Flexible working culture, no requirement to be in the office. Your new role Employed position and client-facing role providing advice across the full range of financial planning with a particular focus on pensions and investments. You will be provided with a client portfolio of mid-upper tier clients, including higher value clients with more complex financial planning needs. Full administration and paraplanning support provided.

What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Financial Adviser is essential (minimum 3-5 years), strong financial planning experience, client servicing skills, new business development skills, the ability to build and retain client relationships. What you'll get in return Employed role offering an above-market rate basic salary plus a bonus structure which will enable you to earn bonus from the outset with no validation.

6-figure earnings are realistically achievable. Good benefits package.
