Are you a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys getting under the skin of business performance, partnering with senior stakeholders and driving smarter ways of working? This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced finance team where you will play a key role in supporting trading performance, improving reporting and forecasting, and helping the business balance growth with profitability. As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with internal P&L owners, external partners and central finance teams, providing clear insight, challenge and financial support across Distribution.

What you’ll be doing

You will support the delivery of budget targets across volumes and EBITDA, helping the business understand performance, risks, opportunities and commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting commercial strategy and pricing optimisation to balance growth with profitability.
  • Managing risks and opportunities with accuracy, transparency and clear ownership.
  • Providing financial tracking for key initiatives and ensuring functional owners remain accountable for delivery.
  • Owning consistent trading reporting and forecasting across Distribution.
  • Producing impactful analysis to investigate performance issues and strengthen business intelligence.
  • Championing process simplification and continuous improvement, including the transition to Group Anaplan modelling and data.
  • Supporting M&A activity, including due diligence and information requests.
  • Building strong relationships with internal P&L owners, external partners, Atlanta and central finance teams.
  • Playing an active role in shaping a "One Finance" culture built on teamwork, curiosity and shared success.
We’re looking for someone who can combine strong technical finance skills with commercial curiosity and confident stakeholder engagement. You’ll bring
  • Part-qualified or fully qualified accountancy background, such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
  • Strong FP&A and business partnering experience.
  • Experience working in a partner-facing or commercially focused environment would be advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including model-building.
  • Experience with Anaplan or similar planning/reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful insight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a genuine appetite to drive change and improve ways of working.
Why join us?

This is a visible role in a busy, evolving finance function where your insight will directly support commercial decision-making. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with senior stakeholders, improve reporting and forecasting, and contribute to a more connected, forward‑thinking finance culture.
