Finance Manager – Renewable Energy - Manchester (Hybrid)

The Opportunity:

You’ll operate at the intersection of finance, legal structuring, and project funding, working on complex, high-value renewable energy investments. From day one, you’ll have visibility, ownership, and the chance to influence critical business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Owning financial management across UK & Ireland entities, including SPVs
  • Partnering with banks, lenders, and investors to support financing structures
  • Leading cash management and strengthening financial control frameworks
  • Ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with GAAP standards
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with finance, legal, and operational teams
  • Acting as a trusted business partner to both internal and external stakeholders
What You Bring:
  • Previous experience in finance, ideally within energy, infrastructure, or complex corporate environments
  • Strong knowledge of SPVs and financing structures
  • Experience working with banks, lenders, or financial institutions
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
  • Ability to navigate a multi‑dimensional role spanning finance, legal, and operations
  • A proactive, hands‑on mindset with excellent communication skills
