Finance Lawyer – Manchester (5+ PQE)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Lawyer to join our highly ranked and fast‑growing Manchester team. The role will involve working on a broad mix of sophisticated financing matters, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and real‑estate finance, across major regional and national banking transactions.

• Work across a broad range of banking transactions, including corporate lending, leveraged finance and real‑estate finance.
• Handle a mix of regional, national and international transactions.
• Support partners on complex matters while supervising and developing junior lawyers.
• Draft and lead on the negotiation of principal finance documents, combining deep technical knowledge with pragmatic commercial advice.
• Play a leading role in transaction management, helping to drive deals forward efficiently and collaboratively.
• Build meaningful client relationships and support business development initiatives contributing to the continued growth of the team.
• Collaborate closely within a high‑performing Manchester team and the wider national practice.
