Following sustained, profitable growth, we are seeking an experienced UK based Tax Consultant to join our growing team of high performers.

This role provides the opportunity to work with some of the most complex and interesting clients in the market, supporting them as they scale up impactful, and innovative businesses. Our corporate clients typically have turnovers ranging from £1m - £30m. Our private clients typically have net worths of £3m - £100m.

The role will involve delivering tax advisory services across corporate and private client tax, working with a diverse portfolio of UK and international clients. We’re looking for individuals who want ownership, autonomy and responsibility via client, and project ownership and decision-making authority.

This is a role for tax professionals ready to step out of the corporate machine and into a position with broader technical exposure, real client ownership, and accelerated career progression while working with some of the most impressive entrepreneurs globally.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver corporate and private tax advisory services. Make a real difference to the clients you’re working directly with
• Build, develop and maintain relationships with high profile clients, and entrepreneurs
• Work in collaboration with other high-performance advisors, and our founder
• Develop professional networks by attending firm-hosted and external events, leveraging the founder’s reach and profile
• Take full ownership of tax advisory projects, with genuine autonomy over approach, delivery, and client outcomes
• Contribute ideas, challenge thinking, and help shape the firm’s advisory approach, service offerings, and internal development

Skills and attributes:

• Strong technical capability with a desire to continue developing.
• Ability to build and sustain effective client relationships.
• A deep understanding of corporate and private client tax
• Client-focused and commercially aware
• Experience supporting and mentoring more junior team members.
• Up to date knowledge of developments within the corporate, and private tax environment

Experience and qualifications:

• ACA / CA / ACCA / CTA, or equivalent qualification (or working towards)
• Experience in corporate and private client tax.
• Exposure to client-facing tax advisory
• International tax exposure (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Strong ability to interpret existing and new tax legislation internationally.
• Confident communicator, with impressive articulation skills

• A strategic, and commercially aware thinker
• A collaborative team player who actively contributes to discussions, decisions, and firm-wide progress
• A deep care for the clients you’re working with, positive outcomes and client results are imperative
