With a strong national presence and a reputation for high-quality client work, this is an opportunity to join an experienced, close-knit Tax Advisory team and play a key role in delivering complex and rewarding projects.

As a Tax Advisory Senior Manager, you'll work closely with Tax Directors, supporting a varied portfolio of larger and more complex clients while delivering bespoke tax advisory work. You'll gain exposure across multiple areas of advisory and compliance – from business reorganisations to employee ownership and acquisition planning.

• Working alongside Directors to deliver high-quality advisory and compliance services.
• Advising OMBs on tax planning, acquisitions and disposals, share schemes, EOTs, and remuneration planning.
• Handling HMRC enquiries and investigations, reviewing junior advice, and conducting financial analysis and technical research.
• Acting as a technical resource for partner firms, providing email and phone support.
• Supporting, managing, and mentoring junior team members.

• ACA / ACCA / CTA qualification.
• Experience advising OMBs on corporation tax, income tax, and capital gains tax.
• A proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills.
• Confidence to deliver technical advice and build long-term client relationships.
• (Exposure to VAT issues is a bonus, but not essential)
