Transaction Tax Manager

We are expanding our London and Manchester corporate tax advisory teams, and growing our national transaction taxes team. Our team has achieved double‑digit growth for three years and focuses on recruiting the right individuals to support large corporate clients.

Lead the provision of tax advisory services to clients, with responsibilities for successfully delivering complex tax advisory assignments and acting as the main day‑to‑day point of contact on a portfolio of tax advisory clients and specific assignments. Manage all engagement aspects, including negotiating scopes, agreeing fees, delivering high‑quality advice before client deadlines, and ensuring appropriate risk management. Coordinate and project‑manage multiple teams across corporate tax, specialist service lines, and global teams in the Forvis Mazars global network.

• Holds relevant professional qualification such as ACA, CTA, or equivalent.
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of leading teams on complex assignments.
• Broad and strong technical tax knowledge and experience, with at least 3 years of relevant UK tax experience, mainly in the corporate space.
• Ability to build good relationships with both clients and team members.
