FS Tax Senior Manager - Wealth & Asset Management

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of complex UK and international tax advisory projects.
• Drive growth strategy within the asset management and private capital markets.
• Build and strengthen trusted client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members, supporting their career development.
• Contribute to the strategic and operational management of the team.
• Support business development activities and contribute to practice growth.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of leading complex tax advisory work for asset management clients and their funds, including international tax matters.
• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor.
• Demonstrate success in business development — winning new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Develop a deep understanding of tax issues affecting asset managers, funds, and partnerships.
• Experience across fund tax matters such as fund formation, asset acquisitions and disposals, reorganisations, and management structures.
• Deliver practical, commercial tax advice with a strong client focus.
• Excel in communication and the ability to lead, inspire, and collaborate across teams.
• Commit to high-quality work and effective project delivery.
• ACA / CTA / Law qualification / Tax Inspector with full technical training, or equivalent.
• Strong UK and international tax technical knowledge.
• Experience in asset management tax advisory (within a Big Four, accounting, or law firm).
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
• Professionalism, initiative, and confidence in managing complex engagements.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
