Group Reporting Manager

Robert Half has partnered with a global engineering and industrial services business to recruit for a Group Reporting Manager. Knutsford | Hybrid (2-3 days on-site, flexible) | £80,000 - £90,000  up to 20% bonus A well-established, internationally operating business is looking to strengthen its finance leadership with an experienced Group Reporting Manager. You'll take charge of a small team and act as a key link between technical accounting and the wider finance function, helping shape how the group reports and controls its numbers as the organisation continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing Leading the group's consolidation cycle and producing clear, insight-led reporting for monthly, half-year and annual cycles Taking ownership of statutory accounts, both at group level and for UK subsidiaries Managing, coaching and growing a small team of accountants Working closely with FP&A colleagues on budgets, forecasts and longer-term planning Building out stronger financial controls and reducing reporting risk Acting as the main point of contact for external auditors during the consolidation audit Keeping accounting policies current and consistent with IFRS Spotting opportunities to simplify and modernise how the finance function reports What You'll Bring ACA (or equivalent) qualification, Big 4 trained A track record of leading and developing finance teams Hands-on experience with statutory and management reporting at group or PLC level Good working knowledge of financial control frameworks A track record of improving reporting processes and documentation Comfortable working with senior stakeholders across the business On Offer Bonus of up to 20% £6,300 car allowance with EV scheme option Private medical cover Pension matched up to 7.5% Life assurance Cycle to work scheme 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
