Fund Operations Administrator – Contract

Title:

Specialist, Client Processing.

Location:

Manchester.

• Liaise with Fund Managers, Transfer Agents and Clients to complete and provide documents such as fund application forms, AML documents, and internal Funds service agreements.
• Assist with adding new funds to the service and maintain all funds, including completing Corporate Actions, Static Data updates, and Transfers as required.
• Complete non‑standard product reviews using fund‑specific documentation.
• Prepare and submit Share Class Conversion instructions.
• Create monthly Management Information (MI) reports for both Clients and Fund Managers.
• Produce monthly reporting including KRIs, Client Billing, Scorecard, Account Ownership, and other required internal reports.
• Handle all client queries and resolve issues within SLA.
• Conduct testing for releases, functional changes, and ad‑hoc tests, which may include weekend and early‑morning sessions.
• Keep procedures updated.

• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, including confident use of formulas, lookup functions, and pivot tables.
• Excellent attention to detail, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
• Experience in dealing with clients over the phone and in written communication (email).
• Proactive approach to work, ability to adapt to change, and initiative to overcome challenges.

• Understanding of funds.
• Experience dealing with Fund Managers and Transfer Agents.
