Description
Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate financial records.
Support the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations.
Process invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes effectively.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as required.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to address financial queries.
Contribute to month-end and year-end financial close activities.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data accuracy at all times.
Profile
A successful Junior Accounts Assistant should have:
A foundation in accounting or finance, such as relevant coursework or qualifications.
Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.
Effective communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.
The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
