Head of Finance

Finatal are working with a PE-backed professional services business in Manchester that is looking to appoint a Head of Finance to support the next phase of growth. The business requires a commercially minded finance leader to oversee financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, drive process improvements, and provide strategic financial insight to senior stakeholders.

This role will work closely with the CFO and leadership team, leading the finance function while strengthening controls, reporting quality and commercial decision-making.

The business requires an ACA or ACCA-qualified candidate who has previously held a Head of Finance position, managed finance teams, and possesses strong technical accounting and commercial finance skills. Experience with in a PE-backed environment is highly desirable. Candidates must be able to work on-site three days per week and be available to start within the coming weeks.
