Your new role As a Credit Controller, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely payment of invoices and minimising aged debt. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and maintain accurate records. Key duties include:
Proactive chasing of outstanding invoices by phone and email Managing credit limits, Resolving billing discrepancies and collaborating with internal teams Producing aged debt reports and supporting month-end processes Maintaining strong client relationships while enforcing credit terms What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in credit control Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with senior client contacts High attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational ability A proactive, resilient approach to reducing aged debt and improving cash flow Competence with finance systems and Excel What you'll get in return You'll benefit from a supportive finance team, clear progression pathways, and exposure to senior stakeholders across the business.
