Corporate Tax Senior

Corporate Tax Senior - Advisory Manchester £35,000 - £45,000 DOE

• Deliver corporate tax advisory services to a varied portfolio of UK and international clients
• Advise on restructures, reorganisations, demergers, management buyouts, Employee Ownership Trusts (EOTs), and business transactions
• Support clients with business structuring, in corporations, profit extraction strategies, and due diligence projects
• Assist with tax accounting, corporate tax reporting, and advisory support around compliance matters
• Work alongside Partners and senior team members on complex technical projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to add value
• Support and mentor junior colleagues where required
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical knowledge across corporate tax legislation

• ATT, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification (CTA or CTA part‑qualified desirable)
• Proven experience in corporate tax advisory within an accountancy practice
• Strong understanding of UK corporate tax legislation and commercial tax planning
• Experience advising on corporate restructures, transactions, and strategic tax matters
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills
• A proactive, analytical and commercially focused approach
