Finance Manager

Location: Salford

Finance Manager Poole | Office Based - £55,000–£65,000  Benefits Looking for a role where you can genuinely make a difference, Talent Finance are working with a growing and ambitious business in Poole that is looking for a Finance Manager to take ownership of the finance function and help support the next stage of its growth journey. This is a hands on role with plenty of variety.

You'll be working closely with the CFO and leadership team, leading a small finance team, improving processes, strengthening reporting and helping the business scale as it continues to grow. The company operates across multiple entities and has built an excellent reputation within its sector. They're entrepreneurial, fast moving and looking for someone who enjoys being part of a business that's evolving rather than standing still.

What you'll be doing
• Leading the day to day finance function across multiple entities
• Producing monthly management accounts and group reporting
• Managing cashflow forecasting, budgeting and financial planning
• Supporting and developing a small finance team
• Improving processes, controls and reporting capability
• Working closely with operational stakeholders across the business
• Providing meaningful financial insight to support decision making
• Supporting year end and liaising with external accountants
• Playing a key role in the continued development and growth of the finance function What we're looking for
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or strong qualified by experience background
• Previous experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or Senior Management Accountant
• Experience working within an SME or multi entity environment
• Strong management accounts and reporting experience
• A proactive and commercially minded approach
• Someone who enjoys improving processes and making things better
• Confident managing workloads, priorities and people
