• Perform routine and non‑routine client service and transactional support functions.
• Interact with other organizational units and teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues.
• Process account‑related transactions per scheduled events and client‑authenticated direction.
• Follow established procedures to answer inquiries and resolve problems or issues.
• Manage situations that may require adaptation of response or extensive research according to client feedback.
• Escalate more complex situations to senior colleagues.
• Integrate area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
• Perform complex operational tasks in a product or functional area.
• Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills, confident using phone and MS Teams.
• Proficient with MS Office – Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience using digital tools.
