Client Servicing Administration – Part Time

We are looking to recruit hardworking, articulate individuals to join our Client Servicing Administration teams on a part‑time basis. You will play a key role in providing award‑winning service to our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer requests.
  • Handle financial transactions.
  • Produce letters and emails.
  • Work efficiently with our internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate records in our databases.
  • Resolve customer queries via phone and email.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs grades 9‑4 (A‑C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Excellent numerical ability.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competent IT skills, including experience with Excel.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, sometimes unsupervised.
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a fast‑paced financial services environment.
  • Interest in delivering excellent customer service.
Schedule
  • Part‑time role, minimum 20 hours a week.
  • 2 days per week (Thursday/Friday) with flexibility available.
  • Hybrid working model: spend 3‑4 days per week in the office; first 3 months full‑time in office.
