The Role

Lead pricing and optimisation initiatives end-to-end
Analyse customer behaviour and price sensitivity using advanced modelling
Improve customer lifetime value, retention, and trading performance
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
Support fair value outcomes for customers
Mentor analysts and collaborate with senior stakeholders

Requirements

Strong experience in insurance pricing (senior/lead level)
Strong quantitative background
Expertise in risk/demand modelling and statistical techniques
Experience leading projects or mentoring analysts
Tools such as Python, SQL, R, or SAS (desirable)
Exposure to machine learning techniques
