Solihull Salary : £55-60k Start Date : ASAP Are you a commercially minded Finance Business Partner looking to make a genuine impact within a growing and ambitious business? We are partnering with an expanding organisation in Solihull that is seeking a qualified Finance Business Partner to join their high-performing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACCA or CIMA qualified professional who thrives on building relationships, influencing decision-making and delivering insightful financial analysis that drives business performance.

Key Responsibilities As Finance Business Partner Lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes across multiple business areas. Develop meaningful financial models to support strategic initiatives and commercial decision-making. Partner with operational and departmental leaders to understand performance drivers and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency. Provide detailed variance analysis and actionable insights to senior management. Support the production of monthly management accounts and performance reporting.

Challenge and influence stakeholders to improve financial performance and accountability. Assist with business cases, investment appraisals and strategic projects. Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting and forecasting methodologies. About You ACCA or CIMA Qualified. Previous experience within a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Management Accounting role. Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial modelling experience. Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage and influence at all levels.

Commercially astute with the ability to translate financial information into practical business recommendations. Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.
