Collections Executive – Financial Services – South

A well-established, highly successful bank in South Manchester is expanding its Asset Finance collections team. We are looking for four motivated Collections Executives to join a growing department. • Manage collections processes for the Asset Finance portfolio.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the wider team.
• Maintain professional communication with clients regarding accounts.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while resolving payment queries.

• Previous collections experience is essential.
• Financial services experience is a strong advantage, but not required.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a professional phone manner.
• Asset Finance experience is not required; full training is provided.

Salary range up to £90,000 plus competitive end-of-year paid annual bonus plus a wide choice of company car.
