About The Role

Are you highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with large amounts of information? Join us at Car Finance 247 as a Data Processing Specialist and play an important role in ensuring customer and application data is processed accurately, efficiently and in line with company and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing customer application data, checking information for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring that all relevant systems and records are kept up to date.

You will work with a range of customer and vehicle finance information, identifying missing or inaccurate data, completing necessary checks and ensuring applications are processed in line with internal procedures and lender requirements.

Car Finance 247 operates in a fast-paced environment where both pace and accuracy are equally important. You will play a key role in ensuring data is processed efficiently and accurately, helping to deliver a high-quality service to both our customers and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process customer and application data in line with company procedures and guidelines.
  • Review application information to ensure it is complete, accurate and meets the required standards.
  • Identify missing, inconsistent or incorrect information and take appropriate action to resolve this.
  • Complete relevant checks and ensure all required information is accurately recorded.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records across case management and CRM systems.
  • Ensure all data is processed in line with company policies, compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Work effectively with internal teams to resolve data queries and ensure applications progress efficiently.
  • Manage an individual workload and caseload in an organised and productive manner.
  • Achieve individual KPIs relating to productivity, accuracy, quality assurance and service levels.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while working to required deadlines and SLAs.
  • Handle customer information sensitively and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Conduct yourself in a manner that upholds and promotes the 247 Group Company Values, guiding principles and behaviours.
About You

Key Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a data processing, administration, finance, banking, financial services or customer service environment is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately process high volumes of information.
  • Ability to review, interpret and identify discrepancies within data and documentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and follow processes and procedures consistently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Confident using computer systems and working across multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential customer information appropriately.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment is desirable.
