Nationwide is seeking an experienced Incident Management Specialist to join our Unsecured Incident team. You will lead the end-to-end management of critical incidents affecting Credit Card and Personal Loan customers, coordinating across stakeholders to minimise disruption and protect the business and customers.
You will influence decisions under pressure, apply FCA/PRA/Consumer Duty guidelines, and drive post-incident reviews for continuous improvement.
