Location: Worsley
Network Plus, based at our Worsley head office, is seeking an hands-on M&A Manager to own deals end-to-end in a fast-moving, PE-backed group. You will originate targets, run due diligence and lead integration with senior leadership and private-equity investors.
You will build financial models, prepare investment papers and coordinate advisers, with UK travel as required and close collaboration with the Head of M&A and Markets.
