Our client is a leading independent Corporate Finance boutique with a national presence and an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality advice to entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, private equity investors and corporate clients.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Debt Advisory Manager to join their expanding team in Manchester
.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of funding transactions while building long-term relationships with lenders, private credit funds and clients across the UK.
The RoleAs a key member of the Debt Advisory team, you will:
- Lead debt raising assignments across a range of sectors and transaction sizes.
- Advise clients on acquisition finance, refinancing, growth capital, working capital and debt restructuring solutions.
- Build detailed financial models and funding structures.
- Prepare high-quality funding papers, information memoranda and lender presentations.
- Manage lender processes from initial approach through to completion.
- Support M&A transactions by delivering integrated financing solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, alternative lenders, debt funds and other funding providers.
- Manage client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continued growth of the Debt Advisory practice.
- Support business development initiatives and identify new opportunities within existing and prospective client relationships.
You’ll ideally have:
- 4+ years' experience within Debt Advisory, Corporate Banking, Leveraged Finance, Corporate Finance or Structured Finance.
- A strong understanding of debt markets and funding structures.
- Experience managing funding transactions from origination through to completion.
- Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship management abilities.
- A commercial mindset with the confidence to engage directly with clients and lenders.
- ACA, ACCA or CFA qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Work with one of the UK's leading independent Corporate Finance boutiques.
- Exposure to high-quality, complex funding transactions.
