Zopa Bank Limited in Manchester is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Monitoring Agent to join our Financial Crime Operations team. You will monitor and analyse customer transactions to detect suspicious activity, including money laundering, fraud, and other financial crimes, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The role is hybrid: office 3 days a week in Manchester; 7.5 hour shifts 8am-8pm, with one weekend day every other week and time in lieu.
