Finance Business Partner

We're looking for a commercially astute and proactive Finance Business Partner to join our Retail, Transport & Mobile Finance team, supporting a major global health and beauty retailer. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial insight, commercial challenge and strategic support to help drive performance and informed decision-making.

• Partner with operational, commercial and senior leadership teams to drive financial performance and support key business decisions.
• Deliver insightful financial reporting, identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve business performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning activities, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of financial performance.
• Produce accurate month-end reporting, including management accounts, variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Maintain robust financial controls and governance, ensuring compliance with reporting standards and business requirements.

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role:

• Part-qualified, qualified or qualified by experience accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Strong experience within a Finance Business Partnering or commercial finance role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse and interpret complex financial data.

• Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience translating financial data into actionable business insight.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and risks.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outputs.
• Strong ownership, accountability and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
