About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to support our UK and international treasury operations. The role covers cash forecasting, liquidity management, foreign exchange, treasury reporting, banking administration and regulatory compliance.

Working across Treasury, Finance and the wider business, you will help improve controls, reporting and operational efficiency through better use of data, technology and automation.

You will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, take ownership of your responsibilities and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. Experience in treasury, finance or financial analysis would be advantageous.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Prepare and analyse short- and medium-term cash forecasts across UK and international entities, investigating variances and identifying funding requirements.
  • Produce treasury reporting and analysis covering liquidity, cash flow, foreign exchange exposure and treasury decision-making.
  • Develop and improve treasury dashboards and reporting using Excel, Power BI and other relevant tools.
  • Work with Finance and operational teams to improve cash flow visibility, forecasting methods and treasury processes.
  • Support intercompany funding, settlements, cash repatriation, Trust and BSP activities.
  • Prepare FX rates and exposure reporting, supporting hedging, risk monitoring and treasury controls.
  • Identify opportunities to standardise and automate treasury processes, working with the AI Enablement team and supporting system enhancements.
  • Manage treasury administration and governance activities, including KYC, bank accounts, mandates, online banking access, compliance records and stakeholder queries.
Required Experience
  • Experience with in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and support effective decision-making.
  • Exposure to cash forecasting, liquidity management, treasury operations, FX, or other financial processes is advantageous.
  • Experience using Excel and other reporting or data analysis tools to support financial reporting and operational efficiency.
  • Familiarity with treasury systems, banking platforms, KYC documentation, and treasury controls is beneficial but not essential.
  • An interest in continuous improvement and the use of technology to enhance treasury processes and reporting is desirable.
