Senior DV Software Engineer

Salary: £69, per year

• Prior experience working with multiple entities or intercompany transactions
• BA degree in Accounting and/or Finance and 10 years of experience in accounting; CPA preferred
• 5 years of experience supervising staff accountants
• Hands-on management style with integrity and a desire to work in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical skills

• Lead internal finance for all day-to-day financial activities across several entities while managing a team of six
• Maintain internal controls and lead oversight of federal awards and programs, including grants
• Work with auditors to ensure audit issues and compliance requirements are met
• Prepare financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
• Analyze financial data, present financial reports, and communicate financial statements
• Forecast organizational cash flow
• Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems to ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements
• Support our CFO in engaging the boards audit and administration committees on issues and trends in financial operating models and delivery
• Oversee all financial, project/program, and grants accounting to ensure expenditures align with grant and program budgets throughout the grant and fund period
• Coordinate the annual audit and serve as the main point of contact with auditors
• Review weekly and monthly accounts payable checks for signature submittal and approve reconciliations, federal and state surveys, and tax returns
