Our client is a specialist bank providing first class customer service. Due to growth they are looking to recruit an Treasury Analyst.

Reporting directly to the Treasurer, your role will be focussed on Asset and Liabilities Management along with supporting the wider finance team in ensuring the highest quality of Governance and MI requirements.

Other duties may be assigned outside of the following duties and responsibilities:

• Production of committee packs, presenting to these committees and writing minutes.
• Reporting the Banks’s interest rate risk exposure, focusing on analysing the behavioural duration of the loan book
• Analysis of the swap portfolio and performance of hedging strategy
• Funds transfer pricing calculation
• Cashflow forecasting
• Analysis of Savings market and the Bank’s funding book
• Help to draft Treasury policies and ensure implemented appropriately.
• Input to the ILAAP and ICAAP in respect of ALM matters
• Develop best practice within the Treasury department.

The successful candidate will have;

• Confident Excel and Microsoft Word skills.
• Analytical mindset, and a drive to deliver quality end to end processes and output
• Can-do and learning attitude, with ambition to grow within a financial services firm
• Banking experience, ideally in a Treasury/ALM team.
• Liqudity and or interest rate risk experience desired.
• Experience using an ALM system
