I am delighted to be working alongside an established Financial Services provider in their search for an FP&A Manager. You'll be responsible for driving financial planning, analysis and forecasting processes, ensuring the business runs efficiently and makes informed decisions. Working in the professional services sector, you'll provide vital insights to support strategic initiatives and business growth.

Description- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop and maintain driver-based financial models, rolling forecasts, and scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with business leaders to understand key performance drivers and improve forecast accuracy.
- Produce monthly management reports, executive dashboards, and Board reporting, providing clear analysis of financial performance against budget, forecast, prior year, and KPIs.
- Deliver actionable insights into business performance, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Financial Control to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to operational, commercial, and functional leaders, providing financial challenge and strategic support.
- Prepare financial models, business cases, investment appraisals, and profitability analysis to support commercial and strategic initiatives.
- Present financial performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Manage and enhance Workday Adaptive Planning, maintaining planning models, assumptions, reporting structures, and business drivers.
- Drive improvements in management reporting, planning processes, and data quality through automation and enhanced analytics.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Significant experience in FP&A/Commercial Finance
- Strong experience of budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience using Power BI.
- Salary ranging from £60,000 to £65,000, dependent on the level of experience.
