Role Overview This hybrid role bridges technical paraplanning and client-facing financial advice , giving you a structured pathway to becoming a fully qualified adviser. You’ll begin with technical work and gradually transition into taking ownership of client relationships and delivering holistic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities Technical paraplanning: writing compliant suitability reports, conducting fund research, supporting planners Client relationship management: shadowing advisers, attending meetings, taking ownership of client reviews Financial advice: delivering holistic planning across pensions, investments & protection as you progress toward CAS Compliance & development: maintaining high ethical standards, completing CPD, progressing qualifications with full study support What We’re Looking For Strong background within an IFA environment Experience drafting complex suitability reports Ideally Level 4 Diploma qualified (DipPFS / CII / CISI) or close to completion Based within a commutable distance of Buxton Excellent communication skills & emotional intelligence Genuine ambition to build a long-term advisory career What You’ll Receive £38,000–£42,000 starting salary OTE £65,000 (uncapped, zero threshold bonuses) £48,000 base salary upon achieving CAS BUPA private health cover Company pension scheme Full funding for all exams & study materials All client leads provided (new & existing) Hybrid working Supportive, local firm with clear progression Interested?
