Financial Planning Analyst – Private Wealth – Sheffield – £34,000–£42,000

Role Overview You’ll support advisers and clients across new business, client reviews, technical work and ongoing servicing. This role blends technical analysis , paraplanning tasks , client administration , and end to end support across private wealth, pensions, investments, tax planning and estate planning.

Key Responsibilities New business: evaluating client objectives, due diligence , research, technical calculations (pensions, CGT , IHT , income tax), producing suitability reports, overseeing illustrations/applications, monitoring pipeline, client fee checks Client reviews: pre-meeting analysis, post-meeting completion work, producing review letters Client admin: maintaining Intelligent Office records, updating client data, obtaining provider information, liaising with clients/providers General support: handling provider/client correspondence, working closely with managers and advisers, actioning technical and admin requests Requirements 4 years financial services experience Strong FCA regulation & compliance knowledge Senior admin or paraplanning background Part or fully Diploma qualified (Level
4) Strong communication, organisation and work ethic Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively
