Pension Administrator

Do you have customer service experience within financial services and enjoy speaking to clients and advisers on the phone?

We're looking for a Pension Administrator to join a busy team, supporting clients and financial advisers with pension-related queries and administration. This role is ideal for someone with a background in finance, banking, investments, or pensions customer service who wants to build a long-term career in the industry.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing high-quality customer service to clients and financial advisers
  • Handling pension-related queries and requests from start to finish
  • Processing new business, transfers, and investment instructions
  • Liaising with internal teams, advisers, and providers
  • Ensuring all work is accurate, compliant, and completed on time
  • Building strong relationships through clear and professional communication
What We're Looking For
  • Essential: Customer service experience within financial services (e.g. banking, pensions, investments, insurance)
  • Confident speaking to clients and advisers over the phone
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working with numbers and systems
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Working Hours
