East London Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 performance bonus full study support About the Opportunity We are offering an exciting entry point into the investment industry for an ambitious and analytical individual looking to build a long-term career in finance. This is a trainee-level position designed to provide structured training, hands-on exposure, and direct mentorship from experienced investment professionals. You will gain practical experience across market research, portfolio analysis, and client-focused investment strategies while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing
• Supporting senior analysts with research on equities, funds, and alternative investments
• Assisting in building and maintaining financial models and investment reports
• Monitoring market trends, economic data, and global financial developments
• Preparing investment presentations and client-ready materials
• Conducting risk analysis and performance tracking across portfolios
• Learning how to assess investment opportunities in line with client objectives
• Working closely with internal teams including compliance and portfolio management Training and Development We are committed to your long-term success and will support you in gaining relevant professional qualifications. This includes financial support, study leave, and structured learning aligned with industry-recognised certifications such as Level 4 Investment or Advisory qualifications. You will also receive ongoing mentorship, internal workshops, and exposure to real investment decision-making processes from day one.
