CCP is partnering with a central Manchester financial services provider to recruit a Second Charge Mortgage Advisor. Office-based for 6 months, then hybrid, with a base salary of £27,415–£35,154 and realistic OTE £41,000–£50,000+. You’ll handle warm leads and provide tailored mortgage guidance while upholding regulatory standards.
Ideal candidates have 12 months in IVA/debt management or life insurance, a strong sales record, and a customer-first mindset. CeMAP training is offered where needed.
