Job Description:
Capio Recruitment is working with an independent financial planning firm on an exciting opportunity for a Senior IFA Administrator to join a well-established practice in Bath. The firm prides itself on delivering a high-quality, client-first service, with strong expertise across protection, investments and pensions. This position sits within a successful, close-knit financial planning team and offers the opportunity to take on a key, senior support role within the office.
As well as handling day-to-day administration, you will act as a reliable point of contact for colleagues, providing guidance and support to more junior team members and helping to ensure the smooth running of operations in the absence of senior staff. Day-to-day responsibilities will include gathering client data, processing new business, issuing letters of authority, preparing client files and liaising with providers.
Alongside this, you will play an important role in maintaining standards, sharing knowledge, and being a go-to person within the team. This role would suit an experienced administrator who enjoys taking ownership, supporting others, and being a central figure within a collaborative office environment. What our client will offer you:
• Competitive salary based on experience
• Hybrid / flexible working
• Close-knit team, working alongside experienced professionals
• Ongoing training and development
• Exam support and opportunity for progression
Required experience:
• Previous experience working within wealth management in an IFA support role
• Strong understanding of a full range of financial products
• Confident and approachable, with the ability to support and guide others
• Organised and proactive, with the ability to take ownership of tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards) desirable To discuss this opportunity at length, please contact one of our Financial Planning team specialists at Capio Recruitment
