Finance Systems and Reporting Manager

Our client, a growing international business, is looking for a finance professional to own their finance systems and drive the quality of management reporting group-wide. It's a varied role spanning systems administration, reporting, process improvement, and people leadership. Duties:

- Administer the finance/ERP system (Business Central, Dynamics 365), including access, controls and configuration; own chart of accounts and master data integrity across entities Lead system upgrades, integrations and automation projects, liaising with IT and vendors Produce accurate, timely monthly management accounts and board reporting packs; maintain reporting templates and dashboards Support statutory accounts prep and audit queries; retain ownership of end-to-end payroll Drive process efficiency and standardisation across the management accounting function Present monthly results to budget holders alongside FP&A, and build strong stakeholder relationships Line-manage two direct reports Profile:

- Part-qualified/qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent experience Track record in management accounting and/or finance systems, including hands-on Business central, Dynamics 365 and Jet Reporting Some experience managing or mentoring junior staff Strong Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query);
