Salary: £30,000-£32,000 + benefits
About the OpportunityWe are recruiting a Treasury Administrator to join an established Finance team in Worsley, supporting the Treasury Manager across day-to-day cash management, banking and financial reporting.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone with previous Treasury or finance experience who is looking to develop their career within a growing organisation.
The RoleYou will support daily cashflow and receipts reporting, bank reconciliations, banking administration and month-end activities, alongside forecasting, audit requirements and Treasury projects.
The role requires someone who is organised, accurate and confident working with financial data, with the ability to manage deadlines and handle confidential information professionally.
Key Responsibilities- Support daily cashflow and receipts reporting.
- Analyse bank charges.
- Manage Lloyds banking administration.
- Prepare month-end bank statement reports.
- Complete credit card reconciliations and reporting.
- Support daily bank reconciliations.
- Assist with KYC submissions.
- Assist with monthly forecast consolidation.
- Support internal and external Treasury audits.
- Help resolve Treasury queries and provide cover during peak periods.
- Support Treasury projects and process documentation.
- Complete ad hoc Treasury duties as required.
We are looking for an experienced finance professional with previous exposure to Treasury, cash management, banking or a similar finance administration environment.
You will be comfortable working with financial data and reconciliations, have a strong eye for detail and be confident using Excel and online banking platforms.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in Treasury, Finance or Accounts Receivable.
- Good understanding of payments, banking and reconciliations.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with online banking systems.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Confident communicator with good problem‑solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Microsoft Business Central and Expensify experience desirable.
- Utilities, infrastructure or traffic management experience desirable but not essential.
- £30,000-£32,000 salary, dependent on experience.
