Senior Private Business Associate

• Advising privately owned businesses, wealthy individuals, families and their businesses and private equity backed portfolio companies on managing their company tax affairs
• Proactively assist in the management of clients, developing significant market relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Collaborating across the firm when delivering complex projects / events
• Maintaining an expert level of relevant tax knowledge (both UK and overseas) staying including changes in tax law and legislation.

• Must possess a ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent)
• Relevant and up-to-date UK tax knowledge - experience of tax issues facing privately or family owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business owners
• Varied experience of more complex tax issues facing privately or family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies and business owners.
• Project management skills - able to assist in the management of several complex client projects
• Excellent written communication - including reports, technical memo drafting, carrying out analysis and producing deliverables

Demonstrates expertise in UK and international tax law, with a focus on advising privately owned businesses and private equity portfolio companies. Proficient in project management and effective communication, ensuring the delivery of complex client projects and technical documentation.
