This growing regional practice is looking for a Tax Manager to join their Firm in either
Manchester, Altrincham, Chester or Bury,paying a salary of£56,000 - £67,000.The Firm prides itself on its supportive culture, exciting growth journey and strong reputation for quality advisory work. You’ll be part of a close-knit Tax Advisory team that thrives on solving complex challenges, delivering brilliant client service and developing its people at every level.

As a
Tax Manager
, you’ll be a key member of the Advisory team – supporting business owners and high-growth clients on a wide range of tax planning and structuring matters.

Your role will involve:

Partnering with Tax Directors and Senior Managers on complex advisory and compliance projects

Delivering high-quality advice on acquisitions, disposals, reorganisations, EOTs, share schemes, in corporations and remuneration planning

Leading HMRC enquiry responses and reviewing junior team work

Acting as a trusted technical resource for smaller firms and internal teams

Coaching, developing and inspiring junior members of the tax team

You’ll be a people-driven professional who enjoys variety and thrives in a collaborative, modern environment.

• Circa 3+ years’ post-qualification experience in tax within practice
• Experience advising OMBs on corporation tax, income tax and CGT matters
• Exposure to VAT is a plus, but not essential
• Strong communicator with a proactive, hands-on attitude

Salary from£56,000 to £67,000
, depending on experience
