Youll join a specialist lender that invests in its people through structured training, coaching and professional development. Youll work alongside experienced advisers, developing your knowledge of secured lending and progressing towards a qualified mortgage advice career. Package & Benefits Salary £35,000 per annum Monthly bonus opportunity, with OTE of up to £50,000. Fully funded CeMAP qualification if not already qualified.

Key Responsibilities Manage customer enquiries and establish a clear understanding of their secured lending requirements. Gather relevant information to identify appropriate lending solutions and support customers through the early stages of their application. Work alongside experienced Mortgage Advisors while developing product, market and regulatory knowledge. Complete CeMAP and progress towards mortgage advice as your knowledge, experience and qualifications develop. About You At least 12 months experience in a KPI-driven sales or financial services role.

Experience working within a target-driven environment. Interest in mortgages, financial services or specialist lending, with a willingness to complete CeMAP if required.
