Your new role As a Manager within the M&A Tax team, you will lead tax projects connected with business deals, bringing tax advice to clients in a fast-paced, vibrant environment where new problems and questions arise every day. The team advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions including acquisitions, demergers, carve-outs, recapitalisations, financing, public offerings, rewards and incentives, and equity capital raisings, partnering with the leading large-cap private equity firms.
What you'll need to succeed
Manager level experience, ideally from a 'Big 4' firm within M&A Tax, Deals Tax, or Corporate Tax Strong organisational skills - ability to prioritise work demands, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrates drive and ambition to succeed
Experience with identifying issues and developing solutions, managing client expectations, engagement economics and team leadership.
