We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning team based in Central Manchester.
This opportunity is ideal for a career Paraplanner who holds the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (minimum) and has at least five years of paraplanning experience. You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers by producing high-quality technical reports, analysing client information, and assisting with the delivery and implementation of tailored financial planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive suitability reports and supporting documentation.
- Analyse client financial information to support tailored financial planning recommendations.
- Assist with the preparation of client review packs and presentation documents.
- Conduct financial research across pensions, investments and protection products.
- Liaise with product providers and third parties to obtain relevant information.
- Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems.
- Support advisers with new business processing and ongoing client servicing.
- Schedule meetings and manage client correspondence where required.
- Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures.
- Work collaboratively with advisers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality client outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and enhance efficiency.
- Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) - essential.
- Minimum five years' experience in a Paraplanner position.
- Strong report writing and technical analysis skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial planning principles.
- Experience with in a financial planning or wealth management environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
