Sales Ledger Officer Didsbury, Manchester £28,341 12 month Fixed Term Contract Whatyoullbe doing Daily processing ofintercompanyand salesinvoices, Posting Sales Ledger cashreceipts, Credit control, Processingdunning letters and statements, Answering queries from the shared Accounts Receivable inbox within the SLA timescale, Implementing annual price increases for schemes for invoicing process, Setting up new customers and amending customer details, Updating invoice request form when needed, Complete Month end Proceduresfor Sales Ledgerwithinthe SLA timescale, Keeping records up to date and work on data cleansing in preparation fora transfer to the new finance system, Investigating unallocated cash receipts, Assisting with Sales Ledger audit queries, Assisting other team memberswithin Rent Ledgerwhere necessary, Assisting with any other tasks assigned by Team Leader.
Whatyoullneed Account Receivable and/or Sale Ledger experience,
Experience of credit control anda good communication skills,
Experience of cross organisational working and engaging stakeholders, Use of full range of Microsoft Office, Attention to detail and accuracy is essential, The ability to find information and resolve problems, The ability to work as part of a team and independently,
Experience of using various finance systems.
