Allica Bank is seeking an In-life Lending Manager to join our Credit Monitoring Team. You will manage lending facilities post origination, monitor risk, and maintain strong customer relationships while upholding consumer duty and fair outcomes.
In this high-impact role you will own complex borrower requests, collaborate with underwriting and relationship teams, and drive continuous improvements to our credit processes as the loan book scales.
